The galvanized steel guide profile is designed for cantilever sliding gates and ensures stable guidance and smooth movement of the gate leaf. Thanks to its robust construction and galvanized surface, it is suitable for both the production of new gates and the renovation of existing gate systems. The profile is without mounting holes and is primarily intended for welding to the gate frame.
For the design of the running system, use Gate Sizing.

Installation and compatibility
The profile is primarily intended for welding to the frame of a cantilever sliding gate. It is used with compatible support carriages that ensure the guidance and movement of the gate leaf. When designing the running system, it is necessary to select carriages and other components corresponding to the passage width and gate weight, for example, sets: (product code SV-80x80Zn clasic- Nylon), (product code SV-80x80BP-Zn clasic) or (product code SV-80x80 clasic). A suitable set of components can be designed using the Gate Sizing application. The rack is mounted on the outer side of the profile.
When welding galvanized parts, it is necessary to observe safety precautions to protect against fumes from the zinc layer and to properly treat damaged areas of the surface finish after welding, for example, with zinc repair spray (product code J08/03-Zn gray).
