The galvanized steel guide profile with mounting holes is designed for cantilever sliding gates and ensures stable guidance and smooth movement of the gate leaf. Thanks to its robust construction, galvanized surface, and fastening holes, it is primarily suitable for screwing to the gate frame. It allows installation without the need for direct welding of the profile to the frame.

Installation and compatibility
The profile is primarily intended for screw fastening to the frame of a cantilever sliding gate via mounting holes. It is used with compatible support carriages that ensure the guidance and movement of the gate leaf. When designing the running system, it is necessary to select carriages and other components corresponding to the passage width and gate weight: (product code SV-94x85Zn clasic) or (product code SV-94x85Zn heavy) after replacing the profiles with holes. A suitable set of components can be designed using Gate Dimensioning. The toothed rack is mounted on the outer side of the profile.
When welding galvanized parts, safety precautions must be observed to protect against fumes from the zinc layer, and after welding, damaged areas of the surface finish should be properly treated, for example, with zinc repair spray J08/03-Zn gray.
